We are looking for a candidate to fill the vacancy of Tendering Specialist on an urgent basis.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Law or in Business Administration.
5 years related or similar experience in Prequalification and Tender preparation activities in a reputable and well established organization.
Good knowledge of English.
Good knowledge of computer and appropriate software packages.
Candidates must have Transferable Iqama.

Job purpose:

Planning and Application of Quality Assurance activities through the entire operation, Establish document control system, Provide quality training, People qualification and prepare for Quality ISO implementation.

Accountabilities:

Defining quality standards and ensuring that all deliverables are of high quality and meet customers’ needs.
Interact with the department heads/ leads to understand the existing process and document the same.
Set and document workflow/ procedures for all departments.
Monitor effectiveness of the Quality Assurance process/ workflow.
Asses and provide necessary training for Quality Assurance team.
Perform annual performance review for all process and their efficiencies.
Set Gap analysis for ISO implementation. 
Conduct Customers quality survey measures and analysis.
Responsible for the accuracy of the receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of merchandise.
Coordinates & maintains 5S (no waste) methodologies.
Owning the responsibility of the SOP’ and improving the process flow. 
Monitoring performance to pinpoint weaknesses by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

Qualifications:

University degree.
Min 5 years experience as quality supervisor or quality coordinator.
Warehousing and logistics background.
Previous ISO implementation.
Strong computer skills in MS Office. Very strong in Excel.
Arabic/ English Language.
Must Have Transferable Iqama

Job purpose:

Facilitate/ Support the logistics department on making the financial decisions related to the operation cost by analyzing the operation cost and providing the cost analysis reports/ proposals, on addition to ensure the proper expenses tracking and the proper booking to monitor the proper spending VS budget.

Accountabilities:

Gather, analyze and report detailed data for logistics spend, savings and service.
Provide tracking and variance analysis for logistics budget.
Perform analysis to support contract negotiations, savings calculations and performance tracking.
Support existing and future projects with data, graphing and presentations.
Analyze inbound and outbound routing efficiencies for all modes (includes Dedicated, Intermodal, Truckload and LTL). Identify opportunities and make recommendations.
Ongoing analysis to determine underlying causes of freight cost trends, identify inefficiencies, non-compliance and other opportunities for improvement.
Analyze network for synergies with outbound routing to reduce inbound expense.
Develop bid process for inbound and outbound carriers when market warrants and management requests.
Develops & continuously improves inbound & outbound carrier report cards, to include compliance, service & utilization.
Performs special projects related to transportation and logistics when needed.
Provide analysis and reports on current and historical cost data to assist management in the planning and control of inventory.
Interface with operations and information systems personnel to ensure adequate controls and procedures are being maintained and resolve issues.
Review and reconcile cost accounting records to ensure that accurate recording for all costs.
Prepare proposals for government contract pricing.
Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience with inbound & outbound transportation including knowledge of: carriers, networks, rates, contracts and system tools, data analysis.
Logistics analysis experience with the ability to analyze data recommend solutions for improvements.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate to all levels of management.
Excellent organizational skills/ project management.
Analytical thinker.
Strong computer skills in MS Office. Very strong in Excel.
Arabic/ English Language.
Must Have Transferable Iqama
